Pattison Agriculture is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Swan River, MB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and dealership personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery to walk-in customers
  • Participate in required sales activities, including cold calling and customer follow-ups
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales paperwork and DIT processes
  • Maintain current product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations and promotions

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming practices preferred
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to analyze sales reports
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and a valid driver's license
