About the Position

Brand Momentum is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to work at a retail location, performing merchandising tasks for 7 hours per week on weekdays.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement visually appealing product displays to attract customers.
  • Retrieve products from storage and replenish displays according to a predetermined planogram.
  • Update seasonal displays and pricing as needed.
  • Place product orders and execute account-specific initiatives, including bookings, end caps, and marketing programs.
  • Identify opportunities to add value during store visits and collaborate with department personnel.
  • Provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, planogram changes, out-of-stock corrections, and freshness.
  • Prepare and submit required reporting on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel and customers.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
