Development Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Buyer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Global Sourcing department, you will play a critical role in developing our new products and supporting our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage purchasing activities for existing production parts in accordance with established procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with logistics, planning, and production sectors to ensure the supply of components to our plants.
- Develop contingency plans for supply issues and ensure the availability of parts for assembly of different generations of products under development.
- Negotiate and respect agreements with suppliers, including delivery times, cost structures, and fluctuations in raw materials.
- Manage your parts portfolio budget and regularly update cost prices.
- Relevant experience or training in procurement, administration, or engineering.
- Bilingualism in French and English, with fluency in Spanish an asset.
- Excellent analytical and negotiating skills, with good work organization, priority management, and project management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an interest in BRP products and manufacturing processes.
