Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Super 8. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with high accuracy.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
