We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our diverse warehouse team, playing a crucial role in delivering Wellness products and much more to our Canadian clientele. The warehouse associate position is ideal for those who take pleasure in assisting Canadians, collaborating across teams, and working independently. In this role, you will be instrumental in picking, sorting, and packing customer orders.

Compensation: Competitive wage of $23.68 per hour.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM.

Training: The first week will consist of day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Purpose:

The Receiving Associate will operate under the guidance of the Overnight Supervisor, responsible for daily receiving and inventory management tasks. Associates in this role must ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and security of products entering the distribution center, promptly reporting any discrepancies, damages, or issues encountered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive products into the inventory management system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory counts as they are entered into the system.
  • Meet ongoing standards of key performance indicators.
  • Report any discrepancies, including damages or unsafe conditions, to the Receiving Coordinator and Overnight Supervisor immediately.
  • Verify that all expiration dates comply with guidelines, reporting any short-dated products promptly.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations for supplier and departmental improvements.
  • Assist with other shipping duties, such as picking, packing, sorting, and shipping, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe receiving area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse production environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach.

Working Environment:

This position is based in a warehouse setting, requiring extended periods of walking and standing, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
