POSITION OVERVIEW

We are in search of a skilled Engineering Support Specialist to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Electrical or Avionics Engineering, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of aircraft electrical and avionics systems. This role entails delivering technical support to maintenance teams, fleet operations, and customers, as well as crafting proposals to resolve challenges associated with aircraft systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engineering assistance for aircraft electrical and avionics systems
  • Address maintenance inquiries for technical guidance
  • Investigate and formulate proposals for aircraft system challenges
  • Engage with OEMs and stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution
  • Oversee and coordinate engineering tasks for design modification projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Avionics Engineering with 2-5 years of pertinent experience
  • Proven experience in providing engineering support for aviation operations
  • Understanding of avionics and electrical systems design principles for commercial aircraft
  • Capability to assess incomplete information and make prompt decisions
  • Readiness to work additional hours and travel as necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous
