Position: RTLS Healthcare Specialist at Ainsworth

Overview: Become a vital part of Ainsworth, a subsidiary of GDI, where innovation and excellence are at the forefront of our mission. We are seeking a dedicated RTLS Healthcare Specialist to enhance and support our healthcare technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, program, and maintain RTLS and nurse call systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with electronic systems and software
  • Commission and configure front-end workstations and servers
  • Conduct onsite validation and performance testing of systems
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide status updates
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Effectively communicate project progress and challenges

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience with RTLS and nurse call systems
  • Proficient in computer networking and technology
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector
  • Proficient in technical documentation and writing
