Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RTLS and Nurse Call Systems Specialist to join our team at Ainsworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies, including RTLS and nurse call systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with network electronic systems and software.
  • Commission front-end workstations and servers.
  • Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with our team, clients, and consulting engineers.
  • Effectively communicate and maintain project status with management, contractors, and customers.
  • Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent job-related knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Computer literacy, networking ability, and good knowledge of operating systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • System integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in system integration, network topology, and virtual environment.
  • Experience with information communication technology design in the healthcare environment.
  • Experience in delivering RTLS and nurse call solutions.
  • Technical writing skills to support documentation of problem resolution/solution improvement.
  • Knowledge of technology deployed in the healthcare environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
