About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Acumatica. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our CRM software by analyzing user scenarios, identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, and collaborating with the development team to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze User Behavior: Study user scenarios within our CRM software to understand user behavior and pain points.
  2. Improve User Experience: Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (UX) and overall usability of our CRM software.
  3. Define Design Specifications: Define and document functional, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design specifications for new features and enhancements partnering with the product team.
  4. Collaborate with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  5. Analyze Support Cases: Analyze support cases and defects, design solutions, verify defect fixes (L3 Support).
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the CRM software space.
  2. CRM Knowledge: A strong understanding of CRM functionalities and best practices across various platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Infor, etc.).
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (product, development, support). Basic Business English is required for this role.
  4. Critical Thinking: The ability to think critically, analyze data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Problem-Solving: A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  6. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business processes, not just technical systems.
  7. Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing market landscape.
  8. Fresh Perspective: A fresh perspective and willingness to challenge existing practices.
