Mobile Inventory Specialist

The Mobile Inventory Specialist at Coke Canada Bottling plays a crucial role in local retail environments, ensuring that our products are consistently available and well-presented to consumers. This position involves maintaining beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays, ensuring they are fully stocked. The role requires transporting products from storage areas to sales floors using manual equipment.
- Territory: Service area from Corner Brook to Deer Lake
- Flexible Schedule: 8 to 16 hours per week, primarily on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, subject to business requirements.
- Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement (62 cents per kilometer) and 4% vacation pay.
The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a vehicle for work-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities- Replenish and maintain product displays, shelves, and coolers by transporting items from storage to the sales area using manual equipment.
- Construct, modify, or dismantle product displays in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper signage and cleanliness of product areas.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding inventory management, display maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Organize and manage backroom stock, monitor inventory levels, and handle damaged products as necessary.
- Ensure a clean and orderly work environment that meets company safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg) above shoulder height.
- Frequent kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead.
- Capability to push and pull manual and powered equipment over distances without assistance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Minimum age of 17 years.
- Experience in grocery, retail, or warehousing preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Must have a personal vehicle available for work purposes.
- Current vehicle liability insurance is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
