About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
