Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Property Claims Adjuster to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Evaluate property damage claims for both commercial and residential properties, as well as various associated risks.
- Conduct thorough investigations into losses and negotiate settlements in compliance with provincial licensing standards.
- Maintain exceptional performance levels while fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large, intricate, and commercial property claims.
- Post-secondary education in a field related to insurance is preferred.
- Possession of an AMF License for personal and commercial lines.
- Proven experience in on-site assessments, including the investigation and detailed reporting of property damage claims.
- Proficient in using Xactimate and XactAnalysis software.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
- Strong IT skills and reporting capabilities.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Willingness to thrive in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career advancement.
