Position Overview

As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional service and maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register incoming guests, ensuring they are assigned appropriate accommodations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries effectively
  • Manage group bookings, including arrivals and departures
  • Handle room reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling requests
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services
  • Facilitate guest check-outs, calculate charges, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and assignments
  • Answer incoming calls and relay messages as necessary
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
