About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Worm Harvesting Specialist to join our team at United Bait Inc. As a Worm Harvesting Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily harvesting of worms from our worm farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvest worms from the worm farm on a daily basis
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of the worms
  • Ensure the worm farm is clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
  • Participate in quality control measures to ensure high-quality worms
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. animal husbandry, agriculture)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) regularly
