UI/UX Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Consultant to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a UI/UX Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain product design wireframes, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Media Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in web and mobile app design and development
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Knowledge of development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile app design (iOS, Android)
  • Knowledge of backend systems and integration (APIs, databases)
  • Familiarity with digital security standards and practices
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks
