Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.
    • Monitor and maintain the condition of our rides and equipment to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences for our guests.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Assist guests with special needs and provide support as required.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on our rides and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
    • Clean and maintain our recreational facilities and grounds to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
  • Emergency Response
    • Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner, following established protocols and procedures.
    • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
    • Assist with the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
