Games Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Games Attendant to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Rides and Amusements: Safely operate and maintain our rides and amusements to ensure a fun and safe experience for our guests.
- Monitor Equipment: Regularly inspect and monitor our equipment to detect any wear and damage, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, providing support and accommodations as required.
- Coordinate Activities: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Monitor Quality and Production: Monitor the quality and production levels of our attractions and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required to maintain our attractions and facilities.
- Resolve Work Problems: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Temporary.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
