Team Overview:
The Cybersecurity Risk Assessment initiative is dedicated to evaluating the security framework through the perspective of the Cyber Risk Indicator (CRI) Cyber Profile. This initiative collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that assessment goals are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform risk evaluations utilizing the CRI Cyber Profile
  • Facilitate reviews with stakeholders and promptly escalate any issues or concerns
  • Develop timelines, organize working sessions, conduct follow-ups, document findings, and gather evidence for controls
  • Provide consistent updates on progress to management
  • Foster positive relationships with the Information Security and Risk community, Internal Audit, Operational Risk Department, and Risk Officers
  • Deliver communications specific to the program to stakeholders regarding risk and control matters
  • Prepare documentation of identified risks and issues for centralized tracking applications
  • Possess a solid understanding of key Technology and Information Security principles
  • Engage in analytical thinking to interpret information, identify root causes of issues, and draw conclusions
  • Comprehend technology applications and infrastructure to identify associated risks and controls
  • Be knowledgeable about relevant local technology risk regulations
Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with CRI Cyber Profile, FFICE Cyber Assessment Tool, CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity and experience with electronic trading systems
Education, Background & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant risk experience in roles such as Audit, Risk Officer, Technology Risk Governance, or Risk Assessment
Department Overview:
The Technology division collaborates with Brokerage business units and leading technology firms to innovate business practices in dynamic financial markets. Investments in technology lead to the development of trading systems, modeling software, risk management systems, and client relationship capabilities. The Technology & Operations Risk organization oversees technology risks and collaborates with the business to ensure proactive risk management practices are implemented.
