As a key member of the GRC cybersecurity team at Transat AT, you will collaborate closely with business units to ensure the company meets its compliance requirements. Your role will involve identifying and monitoring various business risks that may impact the organization.

You will play a crucial coordinator role, working with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure the objectives of the cybersecurity program are achieved.

  • Risk Management: Assess risks and provide cybersecurity recommendations to business units.
  • Mentorship and Team Support: Act as a mentor for less-experienced colleagues, helping them develop their skills.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the Project Management Office to ensure solutions comply with corporate security standards and policies.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the definition of the cybersecurity strategy and program.
  • Risk Assessments: Manage and carry out risk assessments at project, operational, and third-party levels.
  • Information Security Expertise: Act as an expert and advisor in the identification and planning of information security controls.
  • Project Implementation: Participate in projects and implement cybersecurity program solutions and controls.
  • Control Implementation: Ensure security controls are applied as agreed and maintain evidence.
  • Tech Monitoring: Ensure technological monitoring of available solutions and best practices.
  • Cybersecurity Governance Framework: Manage the development of the cybersecurity governance framework.

Qualifications

Know-how:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Mastery of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Mastery of risk analysis concepts.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity laws and compliances.
  • Good understanding of external and internal attack techniques.
  • Good judgment in assessing risks and threats.
  • Recognized cybersecurity certification.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Knowledge of oral and written French.

A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
