Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at JG GROUP INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Task Management: Manage multiple tasks and priorities, working efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
