Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at EAST GATE GLOBAL INC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, calculate billing charges, and send invoices.
  • Logistics: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain work records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
