Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members. This includes greeting and directing individuals, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing individuals.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Certifications: Criminal record check.
