We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Supervision: Work under the supervision of a Cook (general) to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Certifications: Possess a Food Safety Certificate.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability and team player.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
