Job Title: Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, invoices, and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide support to the accounting team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
