Job Title: Medical Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Care Assistant to join our team at Ressource Smavy. As a Medical Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Medical Care Assistant will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Transport patients between care facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
