Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Two Hills Bottle Depot. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
