As a Clinical Research Associate, you will thrive in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere, collaborating with a close-knit team of skilled professionals. Your role will involve identifying, selecting, initiating, and closing investigational sites for clinical trials in phases II – IV, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ICH-GCP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent and proactive work to establish and oversee studies, complete reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare and submit protocol and consent documents for ethics/IRB approval, along with regulatory submissions.
- Address sponsor-generated inquiries effectively.
- Ensure cost efficiency throughout the study process.
- Prepare and review study documentation and feasibility assessments for new proposals.
- Potentially assist in training and mentoring junior CRAs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA.
- A college degree in medicine, science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in monitoring medium-sized studies, including study initiation and closure.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and the ability to assess and interpret medical data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time (both domestic and international) and possess a valid driving license.
