We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring that all studies are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical trials from start to finish, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection
  • Ensure that all studies are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, clinicians, and data managers
  • Develop and implement study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents
  • Conduct site visits and monitor study progress
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with study sites and investigators
  • Manage study budgets and timelines
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address study-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences or healthcare
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, including experience with clinical trials management
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and good clinical practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to study sites as needed
