About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Molly Maid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who share our commitment to excellence.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our operations are cost-effective and efficient.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning teams, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that our services meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
