Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team at Level Contracting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and recruiting and hiring workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and recommend personnel actions
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors, in noisy environments, and at heights
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on painting and decorating projects. The work will involve working outdoors, in noisy environments, and at heights.
