Beauty Advisor/Artist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team at MAC. As a Beauty Advisor/Artist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience to our customers, educating and delighting them with your expertise in make-up artistry.

You will work closely with our team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always meets our high standards of visual merchandising. If you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, educating and delighting customers with your expertise in make-up artistry.
  • Work closely with the team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always meets our high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
