Les responsabilités de ce poste incluent :

  • Examiner et analyser les états financiers
  • Évaluer la situation financière des propriétés commerciales, des emprunteurs et des cautionniers
  • Communiquer par téléphone et par courriel avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Préparer et rédiger des lettres et des documents concernant les renouvellements de prêts, les hypothèques, les paiements de frais de courtage, etc.
  • Vérifier que tous les accords et documents soient pleinement exécutés et que toutes les conditions soient remplies
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de gestion des prêts pour assurer l'exécution rapide des transactions commerciales
  • Fichier des documents, des états financiers annuels et des rôles de loyer comme requis

Compétences requises :

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur bancaire commercial ou résidentiel, en analysant des données financières ou en évaluant des prêts
  • Expérience avérée en analyse financière et en évaluation des risques de crédit
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français
  • Compétences intermédiaires en Microsoft Word et Excel
  • Diplôme universitaire en finance, commerce, administration des affaires ou un domaine connexe
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement à haut rythme

Ce poste débutera en contrat, mais offre la possibilité de se développer en opportunité à long terme avec l'entreprise.

Lundi - Vendredi 9h00 - 17h00 HNE dans un environnement hybride, 3 jours en bureau
