Bilingual Commercial Sales Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Commercial Sales Analyst to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial statements, assessing the financial standing of commercial properties, borrowers, and guarantors, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assess the financial standing of commercial properties, borrowers, and guarantors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of commercial deals
  • Prepare and draft letters and documents concerning loan renewals, loan assumptions, broker fee payments, and other related matters
  • Ensure that all agreements and documents are fully executed and that all conditions are satisfied
  • Liaise with the Mortgage Administration team to ensure timely execution of commercial deals
  • File documents, annual financial statements, and rent rolls as required

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience within commercial or residential banking performing financial analysis or loan underwriting
  • Proven experience with financial analysis and credit risk assessment abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
