Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage prefunding conditions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
  • Update systems with client and loan information
  • Review legal documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advice to front-line managers and colleagues
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve funding conditions and related matters

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English and French
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Working knowledge of lending principles and practices
  • Experience with Excalibur system an asset
  • Excellent teamwork and initiative skills
