About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K convenience Store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are properly displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
