**Position Overview:** Alteo Inc. is seeking a Manager of Risk, Compliance, and Security for a permanent role. The position is focused on establishing strategic goals and objectives related to information security, operational risks, and compliance management.

Your primary responsibilities will include the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the risk control framework, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and certifications. You will enhance the ISMS, execute operational risk management strategies, and oversee the deployment of a continuous control system across the organization. Additionally, you will maintain the operational readiness of the IT continuity plan and enforce data governance protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Organizational Governance:**
    • Develop and implement a governance framework for business unit management, in collaboration with senior management, ensuring regular monitoring and reporting.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders involved in risk, security, compliance, and data governance.
    • Advocate for the importance of risk management and permanent control activities within the business unit, ensuring effective communication with group-level control functions.
  • **Compliance Management:**
    • Propose a compliance framework that identifies non-compliance risks and implements preventive measures aligned with the Group's compliance principles.
    • Ensure that contracts meet security, confidentiality, and personal data protection standards.
    • Enforce compliance with all group policies and procedures.
    • Promote transparency and accountability in risk and compliance decision-making.
    • Collaborate with Group functions to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
    • Encourage reporting of compliance breaches and code of conduct violations within the business unit.
  • **Information Security Management:**
    • Establish governance and organizational structures for information security.
    • Define and secure approval for IS security policies and objectives from management and the Group CISO.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive IS security policies and procedures.
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats.
    • Create and execute IS risk management plans.
    • Provide training and awareness programs on security and data protection.
    • Manage IT security incidents and coordinate responses across departments.
    • Ensure regular IS audits and penetration tests are conducted.
    • Cultivate a security-conscious culture within the business unit.
    • Oversee the IT security management system, including standards and incident tracking.
    • Stay informed on regulatory and technical developments affecting information security.
  • **Continuous Control System:**
    • Define the governance structure for the permanent control system.
    • Provide methodological guidance to support the implementation of the control framework.
    • Assist department heads in operational risk management and control system deployment.
    • Ensure operational risks are identified and managed effectively.

**Candidate Profile:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Background in the electronic payment sector.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT, CEH, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, and PMP.
  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., IIA, ISACA).
  • Proficient in project management and team leadership.
  • Understanding of IT architectures and relevant tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT risks, norms, standards, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in the banking and finance regulatory landscape.
