Bakery Production Assistant

The role of a Baking Operations Aide involves supporting the daily functions of a bakery environment. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of production and customer service.
Educational Requirements- No formal education, certificate, or diploma is required.
Employees will work in a bakery setting, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the transportation of raw ingredients, finished goods, and packaging materials.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
- Remove filled containers from production lines.
- Manually package products into bags, boxes, or other containers.
- Inspect products and packaging for any quality issues.
Public transportation options are readily available for commuting.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands- Tasks may be repetitive in nature.
- Extended periods of standing are required.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Physical activities include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Strong client focus.
- Ability to adapt and show flexibility.
- Dependability and reliability are essential.
- No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Employment duration is permanent.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
