**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Assistant Manager to join our team at our Script Care (Central Fill) location in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispensary, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of medications and pharmaceuticals.
  • Provide clinical support, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
  • Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring, and mixing the quantities of drugs and other ingredients required and filling appropriate containers with the correct quantity.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Enforce policies and best practices related to pharmacy operations and medication distribution.

**Requirements**

  • Current pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Injection certification.
