Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At TWEDY'S NAIL, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our salon, ensuring that it is always clean and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of nail care and beauty industry standards.
