About the Role

Moment Factory is a leading multimedia studio known for its innovative projects across various industries. We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Artist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for content creation, ensuring seamless integration of multimedia elements.
  • Integrate 3D models and configure lighting for immersive multimedia installations, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
  • Develop custom tools for the artistic team, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Participate in software testing and contribute to version control, ensuring the highest quality of our productions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technological innovations and new techniques, applying this knowledge to drive creative solutions.
  • Attend creative and technical meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and driving project progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in digital arts, animation, or a related field, with a strong foundation in technical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the creative industries, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in software such as Houdini, Nuke, and After Effects, with a strong understanding of their applications in multimedia production.
  • Scripting skills with Python and C++ programming languages, with experience in developing custom tools and integrations.
  • Understanding of production pipelines and workflows, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
