Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Moxies South Edmonton Common. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of Chefs, creating globally inspired flavors and top-notch ingredients for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive culinary innovation and excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Passion for developing others and staying updated on food and drink trends
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to be a Brand Ambassador
