Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including budget variances, schedule updates, and quality control metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
