Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Prepare bids and proposals for clients
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with other project supervisors or managers as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Working Conditions:
