About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of our hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Manage Costs: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled.
  • Prepare and Submit Bids: Prepare and submit bids for construction projects, working closely with our procurement team to ensure that we secure the best possible deals.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of construction workers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects to the highest standard.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and Maintain Records: Manage and maintain accurate records of construction projects, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction or project management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
