Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Regional Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing portfolio administration, assisting tenants, handling accounts payable, and providing comprehensive administrative support. You will maintain communication with non-profit organizations, community groups, and governmental bodies.
Candidate Profile:
- Completion of high school or equivalent, along with relevant post-secondary education.
- Experience in public information dissemination and conflict management.
- Familiarity with Downtown East Side communities, affordable housing initiatives, and governmental organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capable of working independently, creatively solving problems, and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
