Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Core Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and courteous communication, handling guest inquiries, and providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, direct calls, and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Respond effectively to guest complaints and concerns, and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hotels or customer service.
- Previous experience with hotel management systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
