As a specialist in Middleware lifecycle management services, the Middleware Infrastructure Manager is responsible for providing design and support services aimed at enhancing the availability, capacity, performance, and security of enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of technologies such as Websphere application server, Weblogic, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, IBM HTTP server, and IIS across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Architecture team to contribute to solutions and enterprise Middleware strategy.
  • Lead the specification and design of the Middleware platform.
  • Provide technical expertise to project teams, release teams, and support teams to ensure high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Guarantee the overall quality of technical solutions by engaging with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate team efforts and priorities, emphasizing process enhancement and adherence to established standards.
  • Establish and enforce standards and practices for Middleware Infrastructure.
  • Work alongside business teams to deliver Middleware Infrastructure solutions.
  • Oversee backup and Disaster Recovery functions for the Middleware Infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in managing middleware infrastructure, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Middleware Infrastructure technologies across various platforms.
  • Experience in 24x7x52 service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
