Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visually appealing pastries and desserts
  • Develop and implement new recipes and product lines
  • Ensure exceptional product quality and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests
  • Collaborate with the bakery team to plan and control production

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in pastry preparation and decoration
  • Strong knowledge of pastry arts and techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
