Position Overview

Eiffage Génie Civil is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Management Lead. This position entails overseeing the execution and assessment of environmental strategies, fostering a culture of sustainability among staff, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations, and performing comprehensive environmental evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the environmental strategy of Eiffage Génie Civil
  • Formulate and track environmental action initiatives
  • Encourage a sustainability mindset among team members
  • Guarantee compliance with environmental regulations across projects
  • Conduct thorough internal assessments and certifications
  • Investigate environmental incidents and offer actionable insights
  • Compile and analyze environmental metrics and reports
  • Identify potential collaborators and service providers
  • Deliver training and awareness programs on environmental matters
  • Organize seminars and workshops focused on sustainability
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of Eiffage GC's environmental practices

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) within the construction sector

Skills: We seek a candidate with exceptional analytical capabilities, persuasive communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative approach.
