Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi & Kitchen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
